CAC ensures that cooled supply air in the CRAC / CRAH unit is in direct proximity to the air intake of critical equipment. It also prevents the hot server exhaust that seals the cold air passage from being recirculated around the server outlet.

Data Centre & Containment Solutions
TTFT aims at providing energy efficient and cost effective Data center-containment solutions where the system is specifically designated to separate cold supply airflow form the equipment's hot air exhaust. Such a solution backed up with latest technological support, increases the overall performance and efficiency of the equipment which will in-turn reduce the energy consumption.
Cold Aisle Containment
Hot Aisle Containment
HAC directs exhaust air from the server to the AC return unit. Distributed airflow prevents hot air from affecting other parts of the room.
Chimney Systems
This type of system is most popular with most data centers as it can be installed in existing enclosures. It comprises of a sturdy metal chimney extending from the top rear of the IT rack. through which the hot air is pushed the up to the ceiling ventilation plenum
Curtain Systems
Curtains in data centers often use curtain materials that have been used in clean rooms for a long time and are an economical energy-saving solution. When curtains are combined with an aluminum track system, curtains in the data center can be installed on drop ceilings and on top of racks. These systems along with UL listed fuse links, allows the curtains to drop to the floor before they reach a temperature high enough to trigger the data center’s fire extinguishing system
Hard Panel Systems
Pre-assembled hard panel roof system which separates hot and cold air, improving the cooling capacity of your data center. Installed on and supported by the rack, and with ease of installation and operation, such systems find application in both hot and cold aisle containment solutions.
Modular Systems
Portable System consisting of purpose-engineered modules to facilitate expansion of data center capacity with multiple power and cooling options. Modules can be shifted and combined into a modular system for further integration into existing data centers and can be deployed wherever larger capacity is required.
Aisle End Doors
Better efficiency, optimised design and effective operation of data centre can be ensured by a functional door system configured as per site requirements to close the aisle end, which can also be used for cold aisle storage applications.
Inrow Cooling
System where cooling devices are continuously placed in a row between server cabinets to provide server equipment effectively with more cold air
Raised floor system
Elevated floor system comprising of a grid structure, pedestals and raised floor tiles, which creates a gap above the substrate. It ensures effective cable management, flexibility and grounding capabilities in addition to increased cooling efficiency which is facilitated by improved airflow management. A raised floor allows an efficient supply of cold air under the equipment and establishes the arrangement of hot and cold aisles.
Vinyl Containment Systems
A uniquely sized vinyl partition hangs from a ceiling mounted aluminium track, which separates the flow of hot and cold air
